Purchase a qualifying HP Care Pack from an HP Authorised reseller. Your HP Care Pack must be purchased at the same time as the HP Notebook, Desktop or All-in-One PC which will be covered by the corresponding HP Care Pack.

Purchases must be made between 1st July 2016 and 30th September 2016.
Activate & Register
Activate your HP Care Pack with HP and then create a user account on this website and register your product within 60 days of your date of purchase. Please ensure that you have your purchase invoice or receipt and your activation certificate to hand as you will need to upload a copy of these during your online registration submission.
Upon approval of your registration, you will then be able submit any subsequent claims by logging back into your user account on this website using your email address and account password.
If you do not use your HP Care Pack at any point during its 3 year lifespan, come back to this website within 30 days of the date of your Care Pack expiry date and submit your claim.

- Date of purchase
- Place of purchase
- Invoice/Receipt Number
- The serial number
- Upload proof of purchase
- Personal details
- Bank details
Upon successful validation of your claim, you will be paid within 21 days into your nominated bank account.
